  • Lauren’s Yoga class is mandatory to my well-being as for me each class is a form of Yoga poetry. I arrive mind buzzing and leave feeling spiritually polished as though I have experienced a deep form of prayer. She begins each class by drawing attention to a particular topic from here she weaves Yogic wisdom and encourages mindfulness as she slowly awakens the body through the practice of gentle Yoga postures, relevant to those first words. Her classes are both subtle and restorative. Lauren trusts the ancient wisdom of Yoga and with her realm of experience, can lead others with grace into a powerful weave of integration allowing mind, body and spirit to flow. Her yearly retreats are a must with a wonderful few days of immersive healing with like minded people, offering beautiful nature walks, forest bathing, amazing holistic treatments and delicious vegetarian food. I always leave, feeling fully refreshed, spiritually open and completely renewed.
